A great day for all the family is planned, with a Mad Hatters tea party, story time with Snow White, face painters, stilt walker’s and jugglers, all on hand to create a magical atmosphere. In an event dedication to commemorating ‘cartoon capers’, favourite cartoon characters are winging their way to Bunratty Folk Park on Easter Monday April 5th.
Life sized cartoon characters will include Mickey & Minnie, Snow White and a host of others. Children and adults are encouraged to come dressed as pirates or princesses to take part in a packed programme of events at a special Captain Cook Pirate corner, where games will include ‘blind walks’, ‘treasure hunts’, and a lesson in how to make a pirate sword from balloons.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, enjoy the Medieval Castle, the Folk Park and Village Street at what will be a great day for all the family.
