Following the final of the All Ireland Talent Show, Michael Lawlor has been performing all over the country. Michael with guest soprano Veronica O'Keeffe will perform at the
'Barn' in Bunratty Folk Park on the 17th July at 8.30pm.
Tickets will be on sale from Monday May 24th and will cost €20.00
A native of Bandon, Michael has appeared on the final of the All Ireland Talent Show. Classical music fan Michael works as a maintenance technician in Hamilton High School and has some rich musical roots, as his mother Mary was a soprano, while his eldest brother Timothy was a member of The Ritz Showband.
Michael enjoys classical music and trained with the renowned mezzo-soprano Rita Lynch. However, he had put his singing career on pause many years ago when he turned down an offer to go to the Royal Opera House at Covent Garden in London in order to marry Philomena and concentrate on raising his four children, Michelle, Simone, Leona and Shane.
